Emily is a 2022 Musical Theatre graduate from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
She is the recipient of the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation Scholarship 2019-22. In her graduate year, Emily was awarded the Programme Prize Award (MT)
and the Buchanan Prize Award for Voice Work as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd.
Her passion for performing and desire to create art for a living began with her first singing lesson at 7 years old. This led Emily to begin full-time
training at 16 years old after gaining a place at Read College where she began dedicated work on her craft on their 2-year Vocational Sixth-Form course.
For the last 5 years, Emily has taught ages 4-19 Singing, Acting and Dancing. She has particularly enjoyed working with students 121 and passing on her knowledge and skills.
Emily is really excited to become a regular teacher at The Deborah Day Theatre School and looks forward to nurturing the next generation of performers.
