Sam started dancing at The Deborah Day Theatre School at the age of fifteen. Whilst training he took classes in Ballet, tap, Modern, Hip-hop, acrobatics, Singing and Drama. On completing my a levels I then went on to train at the DDTST teachers training course and attained ISTD teaching exams in Modern.

Graduating from the school in 2013 he went on to train at The Centre performing arts college in Rochester, Kent. Since then Sam has made his West End debut in Motown The Musical and has also appeared in the international tour of Miss Saigon, Porgy & Bess and Beautiful the Carole King Musical UK Tour. Television credits include The X Factor, Children in Need, and BBC's Let it Shine.

Sam regularly returns to the school teaching workshops and covering classes if needed and available.
